So dresses (and one jumpsuit) were a nice way to pinpoint the three big trends I see emerging this summer and into new year… The first is colour and in particular citrus colour (I’ve harped on about it enough – lemon, lime and tangerine), the florals trend (ditsy prints, granny prints, Liberty prints and going into next year more of the tropical prints) and then Op Art prints. You know the kind that make you feel a little woozey if you stare at them for too long. I most heart the Petazeta rok and the nude Nene maxi (which I have already seen in store), the emerald-green-swishy-Vainica-dress, the woozey-Miucha and the Swiss! I also think denim shifts (such as the Stella) are a definite winner – a pair of wedges, a slingbag and a pair of oversized sunnies and you are well on your way to channelling some of the that tre chic 70s cool.
